The University of Hawai'i Professional Assembly voted to reject the "Last, Best, Final Offer" proposed by the UH administration by over 80% of the vote. Greenwood wrote an email to he assembly in which she voiced her "disappointed" opinion. Not only was this the
first offer given to faculty members, but it certainly is not the best offer.
